WOW! Almost four days of rest and this coffee just
explodes with coffee flavor! Went to order more ...
it's gone ... sigh.
I was gonna get Harvey to stop by. I am open to
suggestions.

The good news Eddie is the Mesa de los Santos seems to be a regular
offering each year. So next time you will know to add at least a 5
pounder to the stash.
You may want to give the Brazil Yellow Bourbon a try! I am on day 6
this morning and it is a very good coffee with more characteristics of
a good Columbian than a Brazil in my opinion.

Thank you, Les. To what degree do you recommend
roasting the Yellow Bourbon?

I like a nice city roast. I don't take this one as dark as a
Colombian. It can take a darker roast as it is a harder bean than
most Brazil beans. If I am doing an espresso blend and preblend, I
will take to a full city plus with no problem. This coffee can take a
high latitude of roast.
