Matt,
I will see if I can find that recipe for the brown.  Is that "pale" 
enough?  Do you do all-grain, partial or extract?  I know what you 
mean.  I keep wanting to experiment with a non-stout/porter chocolate 
ale - heck - combine the two and we have a Mocha Mild :-)  If you 
want to experiment in that direction, I would contribute a pound of 
cocoa nibs (again, you could go for a floral/fruity cocoa) for a few 
bottles in return.  What say you?
