Ok I have been hearing a lot of chatter about the I roasts.
I currently own an I roast 1..... im starting to get a queasy feeling
that it's about to give up the ghost...
I have heard some good, but more bad about the I roast 2... which
currently is the offering at SM's.
I like my IR1 I have learned it, and know it, I am reluctant to get the
IR2 because I have not heard anything really... good... about it yet,
just a lot of bitching about burnt roasts, it's initial temp stuck at
xxx degrees no matter what you program in for the first few minutes etc
here it comes...
has anyone had the IR1 and the IR2 and can comment on how the I2
compares? should I change out my dying I1 with a 2 and if I do, will I
