Cari Cognoscenti di Caffee,
In my studious lurkdom, I note not infrequent mention of shop vacuums
to clean out grinder dosers, roasting chambers, and other
out-of-the-way-and-dirty spots. I went to a hardware shop yesterday in
search of something small and effective, but the smallest thing I found
was something on the order of a Dust-Buster, which is too big to use
for these purposes.
My question: those of you who do use some sort of shop vacuum, what do
you recommend?
Gratefully,
Roger

I have had several over the years - the one that has held up the best with
reasonably priced filters is my current Ridgid - in addition to cooling my
roasted beans, it does duty as my router table and stationary sander vac.

Signore Madre,
Non uso un machina di vacuum, ma, suggerisco 'la shark'.
Tutti migliore,
Leo
Yes, my italian sucks. Try the shark. I believe they carry them in linens n
things, etc.http://www.sharkcompany.com/shark/goodbetterbest.aspx?title=Hand-helds&cat=Handhelds(Shark)

Thanks, Leo--
Your Italian is at least as good as mine! I'll check into the Shark.
Cheers,
Roger

A really big shop vac, 6 ft hose and a small nozzle get it done nicely.
