Sorry this is OT, but 8-10 batches a week?  Does this include those you
roast and ship on mondays?  It does seem small, and must be hard to use such
a big machine to roast what you would use for cupping. I have no idea how
much youd need, but cant imagine it being more than a pound or so..

Tom has a multi-barrel sample roaster for cupping each and every green he
carries plus the countless he turns a thumbs down to and doesn't buy for us.
The 8-10 batches referred to Probat batches for da roasted shipping stuff.
