Yesterday I finally dug out the popsicle maker I bought at Ikea some time ago to try to make cappucino pops. I made standard caps with an extra 50% of milk and caramel syrup. After 12 hours it seems to have started to freeze. Has anybody tried this before? Paul

I had the first pop last night. It was icy, almost like I mixed water in. I used 2% milk. Maybe if I used whole milk it would be creamier? But besides the iciness it was good. Paul Andres pandres1
