Ok. in all seriousness, i at first was unsure if you cooked the rice, but i= can see that you do. You cool it and let it get a little firmer. then you= put as much as you feel necesssary in the grinder . Doesn't it leave a r= esidue of starch on the burrs that will evetually harden? MS
