There is still room for a few more participants in the roasting profile research
session on Sunday Oct. 22 in the SCAA lab in Long Beach. Please RSVP to me
directly by tomorrow evening (Oct. 10) as we are making final preparations.
The benefits to you for participating will be:
- Help all roasters find a real correlation between modifications of
the roast profiles though a true blind tasting of the brewed roasts.
- All participants will be listed in the published results.
The session will begin promptly at 10am and light lunch will be served.
Statistical computation of the scorings will follow the tastings and each
precise roast profile will be presented (1 second intervals and 1 degree
The discussions will end between 2pm and 4pm so you can schedule your return
