Topic: Logs- roasting, ginding, brewing... (3 msgs / 47 lines)

Now that I have a rocky and I can get some consistency, I want to do
much better log taking for roasts, brewing, etc. It would be really
helpful to see other examples from people on this list since you all are
the experts! Would anyone be willing to share any of their coffee logs?
I have blank templates but would love to see the real things to give me
some direction. If you can share, please e-mail me off list the file to
cja . Oh, and I don't need yall's pork butt recipes. ;-)
Thanks!
Chad

Hello Chad,
You may find what you are looking for by visiting the Javaman.US website at
www.javaman.us and clicking on DOWNLOADS. It's a two page roasting log that
you can use to capture and track several variables encountered by most home
roasters that use popcorn poppers as their roasting apparatus. On the
subject of brewing, you may be interested in downloading the Javaman Coffee
Recipe 2 chart.
