I ordered some chaff collector lids directly from Hearthware back in August and have yet to recieve them.  When I try to call, no one answers and I have left several unreturned messages.  Is anyone else having problems and does anyone have a phone number they answer?

I had no trouble last week in contacting them regarding warranty repair of
my iRoast2.  The number I used was toll-free 1-888-287-0763.  I talked with
Kathy at extension 6714 about iRoast issues.  They may be pretty busy, or
understaffed, or both - they dropped the ball briefly on my request but
responded quickly when I pinged them on it.

Thanks for the help, I finally got someone to answer today, they told me to email them a copy of the order and they will get back to me.
  so I'll see what happens.  Another lesson learned should just order parts from here, I always get great service and coffee from SM.
