Topic: Amazon Friday Sale (18 msgs / 356 lines)

Amazon has the Nissan/Thermos 14-oz Travel Mug on sale for $9.99 today http://tinyurl.com/yzqqm3). I know that Tom sells them on his site, but frankly, at this price you would be crazy to not buy a few at this price!

And I guess, Bill, you also feel that using Tom's site to send people
somewhere else isn't rude?

Geeze, second time same thing posted TODAY. Do people respect our host Tom
that little?
Sure the price is low, but doesn't excuse blantly disrespecting Tom.
Buy it yourself from Amazon fine, but ADVERTISING it on TOM's List very not
cool.
Tom has specifically stated:
" No outside commercial posts or solicitations - we do not allow outside
commercial posts of any kind. This includes regular emails with commercial
references, URLs, addresses or 800 numbers of products.* "

Bill,
Are you just nuts? Most the folks on this list support Tom and Maria,
almost as family. Tom has made this list available to everybody very
graciously. Perhaps you misunderstand - he buys the servers, puts in the
time, and only asks that we refgrain from using this list to advertize
competitors. He even has asked to bring questionable posts to him first,
maybe he'll OK this.
You've already been encouraged why this is not appropriate. FRANKLY, you
are way out of line. I do not appreciate your putting Tom's business at
risk. I am unable to remove you from this list, but if I could, I kick you
out twice. You might up your medication some, if this will help you think
straight.
I know this sounds harsh, but many of us take supporting Sweet
Maria's seriously. He has done so much more for us, I truly don't find such
disregard helpful or supportive.

WAITASECOND - I NEVER said I agreed with Mike. There is enough separation
for us both to be cvomfortable:
Mike had a more technically accurate post. - The fine details of the sign-up
agreement. The guy was way out of line...
Mine was more of the Broad Smack variety - get this buggar to stop
infringing on my family's stuff. The guy needed smackin.
Hope this clarifies,
Brett

Brett,
You and miKe arrive at the same conclusion but took different paths. Thus
Les's statement, that you and miKe agree, is accurate.

But look what the coffee grounds do for the compost pile and rose beds. It's

I, of course, agree with Les! Brett, that is exactly right. And, Tom
and Maria, you have to know how much we all appreciate you and that we
will immediately speak up. This is really crude.
