Some of you may know that I live in Korea, and that I was home in
Canada for 3 or so months this spring. While I was there I stayed
with my in-laws and roasted on a SC/TO, and we brewed with my Elektra
lever machine and some Swiss Golds. They'd never had homeroast
before.
Anyway, I showed my father-in-law how to roast a few times, and the
other day the inevitable happened--he and his friends roasted up some
coffee I'd left behind, and they asked for recommendations for their
first SM order.
The time between when I left and when they began roasting was
interesting...every once in a while I'd get an email lamenting my not
being there to roast. I guess they couldn't take it anymore.

Cool!
BTW, did the "Wandering Sloth" eat your 74.32785% Less Ugly Roaster or
what?-)

first not know. And in knowing know I know not. Each Personal enlightenment

Heh. Sloths do have quite the digestive tract. I've actually
promised to not do any more metal work in the bedroom (did I mention
my apartment is small?). I'm in Uglyroast limbo right now, but I've
been thinking about a couple new projects (and I'm starting to get
bored), so there should be something interesting before too long.
