This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
Being a commercial machine with large boiler it likely has much more steam
power than most prosumer machines. While pros can handle the power they've
practiced and steam gallons daily. You may benefit from a different more
restrictive tip especially since I don't believe youj can regulate the steam
on the UNIC. IIRC it uses a steam switch rather than knob which can be used
variably.

Test the steaming speed. Chill 6oz water in SS pitcher to fridge temp.
(Equivalent to about two caps worth of water/mlk) How long does it take to
steam the water from fridge cold to 160f?.

I have a UNIC Diva HX machine. I may be getting too much steam as well - I
will follow the guidelines and see how we do...
Thanks,
Brett

GOes VERY VERY VERY fast.
Correct on all accounts.... I am looking at a two hole tip as first
indicated by Sandy.
Thanks for the input. I'll measure the time on the 6oz and report back...
