Well finally after 4 months I have finished the remodeling of my new =
/used 12 yr. old Cape Cod and have now moved in.
The new coffee bar is a blast. I used the old kitchen cabinets to make =
it (refinished) complete with a sink and exhaust fan. The exhaust fan is =
dead center with the sink on the end of the 8' lower cabinets. It allows =
my Anita and Mini to fit nicely.
I have had the list mail shut off for 3 weeks while in the process of =
moving, anxious to catch up but still pretty busy getting the old =
homestead ready to sell.
Not much time to roast so I roasted up 4 lbs of Espresso blend and vac =
seal and freeze.
down to 1 lb time to roast again.

Yes, photos! So I can get depressed about the clutter I brew among. ;-)

My fiscal week has ended and I'm enjoying the heck out of some Guatemalan
Huehuetenango, that was roasted 0.999 to the verge of 2nd Crack on 10/23/06=
.
(I coaxed the 0.001 in to 2nd just to be sure.)
I normally love the flavor of the swirled-up fines in my 9oz cup but I blew
it this time. I wish I had filtered them- they're Grim! 50g of the GHHT
flash frozen and ground at 42. 45oz brew at 200 F. Total elapsed time of
ten minutes brewing in the TV.
Congratulations forthcoming- awaiting Pho- tos.
Cheers -RayO, aka Opa!
