Vac brewing tends to be a crisper clean cup with great clarity and low body
while Press less distinct clarity and fuller bodied cup (and varying degrees
of mud depending on grind etc.) Finer grinding shorter infusion with Press
tends to elevate clarity a bit, at the expense of more sludge of course.

Subject: +French Press Vs. Vaccuum brew
I currently brew using a Bodum french press and was wondering if there is a
flavor difference between French Press and a Bodum Santos brew (assuming
same bean/grind/amount)? If there is a difference, what are the strengths
and weaknesses of each method?
