Just roasted 607gr with a 511gr net city+ (I guess) 1st crack @ 8:53 dumped
at 11:45.
I had to taste it...My dilema was no grinder! I am waiting arrival of new
one so I had to use the whirly blade (after dusting it off). I thought I
tasted cinnamon. My description of this is that it is balanced, smoooth and
tastes great!!!
I cant wait to get the real grinder and try it after a couple days rest.
MMMMMMMmmmmm good.

That's a good sized batch, Vince. Do you use an RK drum?

I have 10 pounds of that lot arriving tomorrow! I can't wait to give
it a shot. I have some Oaxaca and Guatemala FTC to hold me over
during the resting period. But all this talk of it, I may have to
sample some a couple hours after roasting...
