Topic: Tradition List: Need to Choose 1st Roast?? (7 msgs / 135 lines)
1) From: Lynne
O.K., this is my last post until tonite - I have to send out resumes
AND get some school work done (plus, the my favorite N.E. rainy weather
is killing my hands, although I hate to admit it.) BUT I need to ask
for suggestions.
I received Jeremy's gift of the Traditional offering, & I'm trying to
decide which to roast first. My son is coming over tomorrow night for
dinner & he's a coffee lover, but I realize whatever I roast today may
need to rest longer than that (I do have some Moka Kadir already
roasted, and it is superb!!)
Here's my list:
Panama Carmen Estate
Papua New Guinea
Brazil Organic Camocim Yellow Icata
Sumatra Classic Mandheling
Ethiopia FTO DP Lekempti
Thanks guys - I'll get back to you this evening

The Panama Carmen Estates is my favorite! I am hording 5 lbs. I bought from the pre-COE batch Tom was selling. Somebody at the SE Michigan gathering recommended it and i'm glad I bought it before it was included in the COE batch. Although the rest of you're selection is good too. You can't go wrong with any of them.

Go with any of the top three. The other two may be over the top.
