Topic: Colombia Huila-Palistina (18 lines)

Has anyone roasted this coffee-Colombia huila? I'm drinking it this morning
after two days rest roasted to City+ in my GC and brewed in Bodum Santos.
I'm really enjoying it. It's quite different from the El Cipres CoE 3 in
acidity. The Huila has a nice full body and a balanced cup, there really
isn't one characteristic that's overpowering. I could drink this every
day. I really like the slight bitterness in the cup as opposed to the
sourness(read brightness-red grape skin) of the El Cipres. It's amazing how
different the cup can be from bean to bean when the majority of the coffee
drinking world thinks all coffee is the same. Coffee is as complex as wine,
and this fact will never cease to amaze me.
