Topic: It's a sickness... (3 msgs / 44 lines)
1) From: Vicki Smith
I checked weathernet this AM and found that the current temperature was
the expected high for the week, -2C.
So, I put on my hoodie, grabbed a pound and a half of moka kadir, and
headed out to the garage where my bread machine and heat gun were
waiting. Who cares if the sun was not yet up? The garage may not have
heat, but it has lights.
Eighteen minutes later, I was back in the house with my beans, cooled to
the touch on the journey between the garage and the house.
vicki (who herself can't explain this compulsion when she has a
perfectly fine IR2 in her nice warm kitchen)

I think it says something about your subconscious knowledge that full
control in roasting is nicer than programs.
and it's not a sickness, it's a passion!
