Ok as I mentioned the other day I roasted 1/2# each of the Misty Valley
and the Harrar Horse Green Stripe each to a C+/C++ (with the Z&D 1/4#
C+ and 1/4# C++ mix and wait)
I have waited 2.5 days and I made a pot of each intial polling of the
troops that got some of both...
The Misty Valley has more fruit but the green stripe has more body but
the more sutble fruits are in there.
And both are AWSOME...LOL I knew that part already but it is fun to hear
it.
I will do the same for the next 2 days and watch the reactions from each
pot. My crowd is growing every day I haven't used the AP in over 2 weeks
(my determining factor in pot or AP is if I yell I'm going to make
coffee do I see/hear more than 2 people clamor to save some for them)
Next note Thank you to Joel and Jeremy I got 2 packages today and every
different coffee I got I have never tried so this is like a sampler pack
on steroids!!!! 10 different coffee's I can't wait until my next roast
day so I can try some out now which one to roast first {wipe drool from
mouth keep typing}....Thank you both you made Christmas with your very
generous gifts and the guys (and girls) onboard are all thanking
you!!!!!!!
