Topic: Horse-Green Stripe Chocolate cake frosting.......mmm good! (7 msgs / 136 lines)
1) From: Cody McDaniel
Hey all,
Lurker here enjoying a cup of Idido Misty Valley and chocolate cake with Green Stripe frosting. It is cold here in NW KS this morning. I am watching some Pheasants outside my window. Boy are they brave, maybe its my no hunting sign they are standing under. I will watch them for now.
Read every day and hope to post more often. I have not posted much since I bought Silvia earlier this year and had no idea what I was doing. Not sure if I still do. We get along just fine half the time now days. She did pull a nice double of Green Stripe for my chocolate cake frosting. The frosting very much over powers the chocolate, but I don't mind. I love chocolate and coffee so I don't know why it took so long to put the two together.

brought laughs from those with no idea. to those who knew, however...it as
like little taste of heaven in every bite.

Same here ... and I'm taking cake decorating classes, too. I'm always
looking for something other than the standard vanilla, butter, and
Wilton-flavoring-added-buttercreams! Can you pleasepleasePLEASE email
me the recipe?? Pretty please?
Sipping on 2004 Uganda Sipi Falls Organic cup as I type this. It was
roasted Tuesday morning. Yesterday it was really yummy. Today with
the extra day of aging it is "Oh WOW!". Tomorrow morning the Misty
Valley should be about aged to perfection. Life is good.
