Topic: GC- Cooling Down The Roast (11 lines)

There is someone on this list a while back that mentioned a unique cooling
method for the GC, but I forget who it was, and I couldn't find the answer
in the archives. The method involved placing a shop vac directly upto the
exhaust after removing the chaff collector, while the cooling cycle is
running. I am wandering: How long does it take to cool the beans this way?
And, What HP is your shop vac? Also mentioned was a unique method of
filtering chaff or getting rid of chaff from the vaccum filter so it doesn't
clog, and so the odor doesn't bother the Ms. when stored in the house.
