1) From: Kevin
I roasted the Zimbabwe Dandoni Estate Saturday afternoon to City+. After 1
day of rest the cup has medium body and a rustic flavor with herbal aroma
and herbal notes in the taste. The flavor is intense though, this isn't a
light coffee like El Cipres flavor wise. Brett informed me that this bean
explods after 5 days of rest, so I'll ensure I have some to brew up on days
5, 6, &7.
For those who have roasted this bean, would you mind sharing your thoughts
and what methods/temp profiles were used?

Kevin,
I haven't roasted this Zimbabwe, but I actually find that a darker roast
works well for my taste with the ones I have done in the past. Not as potent
as Kenyas, but definitely a punch to the flavor that I like.
cheers,
Scott
