experience completely. Before, with the factory setting, it barely got to
the first crack after seven minutes. I couldn't figure out what you all
were talking about, two cracks???
Now seven minutes is a bit too long (maybe) and my thermocouple says we went
to 450° F (but it thinks water boils at 202° -- maybe when the reference
junction warms up from its stay in the barn it will get religion).
