Easy unequivocal answer, Panama Gesha. (Unless you've been able to get your
hands on some good ISH then it's a tougher decision:-)

Ultimately the quest for Koffee Nirvana is a solitary path. To know I must
first not know. And in knowing know I know not. Each Personal enlightenment
found exploring the many divergent foot steps of Those who have gone before.

Subject: +Coffee for Santa!!!?
Finished my roasting for Christmas!!! 8- 1 1/2# batches what a beautiful
site and wonderful smells. What a great present to give a friends and
family. Now it's time to think about Santa! I know he gets a lot of milk and
cookies. With the long trip all that milk must make him a bit sleepy. So a
nice thermal carafe of fresh roasted and brewed coffee seems like a nice
change. The question is what origin and roast would Santa most enjoy? Happy
Holidays to All !!!!
