And miKe missed the whole fight (so Brett wins this round with a self knock
down) 'cuz was out playing with the Traeger @6am @29f puttin' on 12# of
1&1/2 day herb & spice brined pork for a nice long apple/hickory/maple low &
slow to restock the freezer with pulled pork:-)
But I can console my wounds with memories of the last of stash Ethiopia FTO
Harrar (from last year) fruity Americano I was drinking at the time AND the
Gesha Americano I be drinkin' as I type! This wasn't the Gesha I'd roasted
for Christmas weekend, but half of a half pounder batch roasted 12/23 I sold
to Debi's Jafra distributor Jessica (1/4# for $25, the going rate for
roasted Gesha, Stumptown 1/2# roasted $52!) and kept half supposedly for NY
Eve but gonna be lucky if enough for two Americanos left by then. There is
just enough at the moment but... Debi hasn't paid $ for that expensive
cosmetic stuff for over a year, Jessica loves my homeroast and asked to be
paid with it:-) After I'd made her Americanos and cappuccinos a couple times
at our house she went out and bought a *$ Barista and *$ grinder but wasn't
happy with *$ beans, surprise surprise! Oh she's well aware her setup can't
match what I made her with Silvia then Bricoletta but better than *$ counter
with good homeroast! Ever her husband who isn't as much into coffee as she
is, but is a press pot Sumatra fan, really noticed a huge difference in the
Sumatras I've provided versus *$ Sumatra.

first not know. And in knowing know I know not. Each Personal enlightenment
found exploring the many divergent foot steps of Those who have gone before.
