One of the reasons I chose the Hottop was the  glowing reports of great
customer support.For the past week, the membrane switches have become quite
intermittent.
An email to Hottop support brought a fast response with advice on a possible
fix (remove & reseat the board).
I had already removed & t-shot the board & checked continuity to fine that
the switches were the prob.
The next response was to ask tor a shipping addr.
Replacement board is enroute - no questions asked.
Hottop - great choice - great support.
