Topic: Bean Density Question (22 lines)
1) From: Jeremy DeFranco
Greetings,
I would like to perform some Roasting experiments, using two or three
different densities of beans. I would like to use one bean type from each of
the following 3 categories of beans:
1.Very dense bean ("Hard bean"- grown above 5,000 feet)
2."Medium-hard" bean ( grown at ~3,500-5000 ft)
3."Soft" bean (grown below 3,500 feet)
-Could you please list some coffees under each category that I could choose
from?
-Also, any idea which of the above density categories the current SM stock
of Sumatra Mandheling would fall under?
Thank you very much for your help.
     Sincerely,
     Jeremy DeFranco
