In my home town in NW Wisconsin there is a local sausage shop that has
spoiled me. I stock up when I am there, and if I run out of something
(brats, wieners, summer sausage, etc), I go without until I make it back to
my home town to stock up again. But I would very happily sample what you
describe above!

In the Los Angeles area, probably the best sausages are made at the deli in Alpine Village in Torrance (Torrance Blvd and Vermont Ave). All their sausages are made right there. I made the mistake of going the day before Christmas and there was a 90 minute wait to order. I stock up whenever I'm in the area.

multiple replies in the same post. Hope that is ok
being a good German (Iseminger) all this talk of saurkraut and sausages
has me about drooling you all need to stop. as far as coffees to order.
I tend to gravitate toward the Africians and Asians. presently my stock
includes
Indian Malabar-elephant beans (which I always have)
Uganda organic Bugisu
Sumantra classic mandheling
the misty valley that everyone has been raving about
Etheopia Orgainic DP Sidamo
Then a friend of mine who I got into home roasting this year just laid
these on me:
Bolivia Organic peaberry De Montene
SM Puro Scuro blend
Kenya AA lot 764 Ndaroni Nyeri
Sumantra Iskandar triple pick
honestly there is not a stinker in this bunch. all are good. but as
someone else said, all of the SM beans I have gotten have been good. UPS
is coming tomorrow with all of the espresso blends to play with for my
new machine. Looking forward to new tastes
