I've been thinking about this. Although this list was designed to share
knowledge about home roasting, there is another thing happening that
happens in places like this--building community. Having off topic
conversations is part of that.
The really great part about marking off topic shtuff OT is that people
who really only want the roasting information can create a filter or
rule in their Email reading client so they don't even see the OT posts.
How kewl is that?
