Les, You are so exactly right about the *Guatemala Fraijanes - Finca Agua Tibia ... its a sleeper and I think people are missing out on an exquisite yet inexpensive coffee. Everyone that has had this coffee really liked it and it was one of the coffees I gave out for Christmas. They can't always describe what it was about the coffee the way you have, but they all say "It just had this taste ..." My last post was brief b/c I was feeding my son. I found the Agua tibia to be amazingly smooth and balanced. It was a delicate and refreshing coffee for me. A friend of mine roasted it via HGDB method so I've been dying for more. May be some time before I have a chance though. My next roast is going to be the Gesha.
