Topic: second impression-monkey blend (14 lines)

After the longer rest that was recomended I just now ground some of the
reroasted and rested monkey blend.  I pulled four shots.  Sampled part of
one and it tasted much more like I was looking for.  the remaining 3.5
shots are in a dry cappachino that I am enjoying right now as I type.  It
is good stuff.  I have classic Italian espresso blend ready for tomorrow
and Liquid amber for saturday.
