(forgive me if I am wrong)http://www.sweetmarias.com/greenstorage.htmlJust a tip, if you want to store your coffee in something other than the plastic bags in which you receive them, the labels on the plastics bags will peel off quite neatly if you don't wait too long after having received them. Personally, I vacuum seal my green beans (FoodSaver) and then I peal the sticker off and stick it to the vacuum sealed bags. If you want to do further reading when you have time, just go to the Sweet Maria's web page, go to the bottom and in the search window type "green bean storage".
