When I joined the List going on 6 years ago the List was (dis)graced by not
one but two (un)official Curmudgeons. Sadly both have retired. But early on
Curmudgeon apprentice status was bestowed upon me. Recently the KSA (Kona
Snob Association, not to be confused with the CSA [Coffee Snob Association]
or the ASA [Arabica Snob Association]) met with the Curmudgeon High Council
and jointly agreed all my Kurmudgeon certification requirements had been met
and have thusly been awarded full Kona Kurmudgeon status.

first not know. And in knowing know I know not. Each Personal enlightenment
found exploring the many divergent foot steps of Those who have gone before.

Kongratulations! I aspire to curmudgeondom in many aspects of life
(music, literature, politics), and can only applaud your attainment.

So do you have to take a test? I mean, can you test out of apprentice status
straight into Journeyman Curmudgeon?

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
The only prerequisite is a naturally disposed autonomic system.

How about chronically high levels of circulating catecholamines?

I only wish my curmudgeonly behavior was sympathetic.
