These were the words I heard from my daughter today when she called
from Moscow, Idaho.  Here first words were, "Dad that was the best cup
of coffee ever."  Talk about making my day!    Esther used her new
Zass for the first time this morning and ground a perfect load of
Kenya Gethumbwini for their French Press.  Just more evidence of the
importance of the grinder.  It is hard to beat a Zass for home use.

That is a pretty cool feeling.  
Really gets me going when I give people their first try of Sidamo.  I will
never get tired of the BIG EYED look they give when they taste something so
different than what they are used to.
