This is a multi-part message in MIME format. Is there a difference between Semi-dry processing and Pulp Natural = processing or is it the same process just different names? Thanks, David
There is a discussion of pulped natural processing on pgs 178-179 of COFFEE by Eccardi &Sandali, but it is rather long to quote. In essence it is a variation of a variation (Semi washed) of wet processing. I am not familiar with the term semi-dry processing. It may be a different name for the same process ( or not) Interesting question and I'm still looking. Josh On 1/29/07, David Springston wrote: <Snip>
I have seen pulped natural referred to as semi-washed and dry processed as natural. Postulating... if pulped natural = semi-natural then semi-washed = semi-dry?
