I just got an Aeropress also and like the coffee it brews. Most people avoi=
d storing coffee after brewing in any form. Many of the volatile flavor com=
ponents do not last very long, thus stored coffee is definitely lacking in =
flavor compared to fresh brew.

I bought an Aeropress and=
used it for the first time today. I was
delighted with the coffee. A que=
stion, though. The instructions say you can
make up some concentrate (the=
y call it espresso) and let it sit for a few
days before diluting it to m=
ake coffee. Sounds counterintuitive, but
everything about the Aeropress i=
s counterintuitive. Has anybody done that?
If it can be done, how long wo=
uld the concentrate last before... What?
