My regular roasts are just a tad longer (1 min or so) than yours, but I've
been roasting in ambient temps of around 50-55F, though using a large box to
contain some of the heat (and preheating for a couple of minutes.) My
decafs run about the same times as your regulars - i.e., around 30-60
seconds shorter than my caf roasts. My current decafs are the African
Highlands blend and Mexico Chiapas, and recently the Panama Panamaria Farm.
