That was one of the joys of roasting in the bread machine for me--ya
gotta love the control. I don't know how big your patio is, but I have a
metal cart (with wheels) that I keep all my roasting equipment on now,
and I can cover it with a grill cover.
This cart is $30 and holds 300 pounds. I got mine used, bit it is
similar. I use a stand fan, as you know, but a box fan, or a table top
fan works too and could live on one of the cart shelves.

Since you have 2 bread makers, you could dump the beans from the hot
machine, into a cold machine, right next to it, and blow cool air from
one of those hairdryer guns that have a cool setting, as the beans toss
around. Or you could position a fan blowing down into the pan--or use a
leaf blower http://tinyurl.com/2jp92n).
I know I saw a leaf blower cooler elsewhere, on one of the coffee sites.

I have a really good power bar. I need to be able to plug in the HG,
Bread Machine, and fan, but I never use all three at once.
I don't know how wet it is where you are. I keep my set-up in the garage
and either roast there, or wheel it onto the patio.
