I had this one as unblended espresso today and loved it. As expected, the
coffee's "short compressed flavor experience" (to quote Tom Owen) proves
also to be the case with espresso extraction. Of course the drink is more
intense and more aromatic (I'd describe this coffee's aroma as simple and
"coffee-like), and the long lingering aftertaste that I enjoy with some
blends was not there. It was uncomplicated, simple and totally appealing as
espresso. It didn't taste like anything was missing.
