I was asked how fine to grind for brewing in a 10 cup drip (presto). He uses paper now and is considering a swissgold. Tom on his brewing site states (see below) The question he asked was if he rolls the proper grind between his thump and finger what standard comparison might he use to compare? like Domino cane sugar, Morton salt etc. I had not heard of one specifically but saw it could at least help someone be in the right ballpark.
