Dennis -
I would definitely try it on short rest (overnite). The only Sumatra
coffee that I am very familiar with is Iskandar Triple-pick and it is
a real short rest hero.

Yes, but if I recall correctly it peaked at about day 3.

Ok everybody I got from a very kind and generous soul on the list 1/2
pound of the Sumatra TimTim Blangili Longberry. I've never had it
before, or any other Sumatra.
I roasted right to the start of 2nd Crack. How long do I have to wait
to get to the peak? What are the lists thoughts?
