O.K., this IS about coffee, but I labeled it OT, just in case...

It really is funnier than hell!!
BTW.. I am still in Vail.. the snow is wonderful, and has been the best
skiing of my life. So glad I brought my coffee "stuff", as they serve
only Charbucks here in the hotel, and at the conference. My buddy (the
one who "likes" instant coffee) has said he is amazed at home much
better my coffee is! He has sworn off instant and Charbucks. I am
sending a few 1/2 pound packs home with him.

Oh, I envy you! I don't ski,l but I love the snow so much - unfortunately,
it's difficult to appreciate the beauty in the city (ice & brown snow &
all).
I just 'ruined' a batch of coffee I roasted - too dark for me - yet I'm
amazed that I can still enjoy it. Kenya, Lot 54. Sigh... wish I had been
more careful (dang rotten stove - I will put the blame there.. ; > ). But it
is still amazingly good.
You are deserving of some CSA points for conversion on vacation!

And always thriledl to get a coffee convert! Sorry about your "ruined" =

Awesome. I played with the silly thing until my daughter made me stop (maybe
the sound on my laptop was a little loud).

Sounds familiar ("Mom, I need to use the computer - you can play with your
weird sounds later...")
