Topic: Rocky's coming to town (6 msgs / 90 lines)
1) From: Dave
Last week my beautiful wife, a NON coffee drinker, happened to look at the
grounds in the receiver of my Capresso infinity grinder, and commented on
how uneven they looked. When I got the Capresso it was a good step up from
the really cheap burr grinder I had been using. So we talked a little about
grind and extraction, and how I thought a better grinder would help my
coffee even more. Well the other day I was looking at the SM sale page, and
there was a used Rocky doserless, so I bought it, and it should be here
sometime this week.
I've only been roasting about 2 months, so far I've bought 3 new coffee
makers, a new (to me) grinder, and 46 lbs of green coffee. I thought this
was supposed to save money;-)
Moving closer to the dark side...
Hey!!! Who greased the slope???

Your wife sounds like a GOOD WOMAN!! Any chance you could make her a little
better by converting her to a "drinker"???:) Josh

I wish I could, I'd like to be able to use more coffee. With some of my
exceptional cups, I've suggested if was to learn to drink coffee, this would
be a good one to try. But no interest. Oh well.
