invite everyone who loves your coffee to come push the school 10 feet to the
right.

seriously, if we are indeed that close to the 1000 foot cut off
point, that IS the best option. What i need to do is try to get a
real measurement from the point the stack leaves the building to the
nearest edge of the school property. like i said, i support the
spirit of these rules, but what can you do? our building used to
house a nasty business, tire retreading, which spewed chunks of
rubber and rubber effluence all over the neighborhood. believe me,
none of the neighbors mind the smell (nor to they mind when i dole
out any extra roasted coffee to them!). anyway, you all know that
roasting on the probat is something i love to do, and it really helps
me to evaluate the roasts on the home machines too, but it ain't what
we really do ... i am sure this will work out for the best.
on another note, i think little ben otto (8 weeks old yesterday) is
getting familiar around the coffee. sometimes i have him in the
sling, basically hanging on my frontside, while i cup, and he seems
to actually like it! i mean, he likes anything that jostles him
around like that, leaning forward, back, side-to-side...

I would talk to the school and offer to cover up their gym class odors =

Next time I do a pickup I will try to do it on a roast day so =

Given how close that scho=

No offense intended but I've been there and didn't come away feeling it was
