I pulled some shots this morning using the Tanzania Mount Meru Nkoanekoli
roasted 4 days ago to a city plus.  What an interesting coffee.  The Cappo I
made for Becky had a wonderful butterscotch flavor.  I pulled a double shot
for myself and it was a bit crisp at the beginning, but settled into a nice
buttery flavor with hints of pear-apple.  It ended with a molasses like
lingering aftertaste.  A very different SO shot than I have had in a long
time.  This is a unique coffee worthy of more praise than I have seen on the
list.  I ended my morning working in the shop sipping on an excellent
Americano.  As an Americano it was a much more balanced cup with a lot of
complex nuances that were just wonderful.
