Hi Gang,
Looking for a better way to contain the heat and the beans with HG/BM 
roasting, I struck upon the idea of using a tea kettle as the 
roasting chamber. I have now done a 1.5 lb and a 2 lb roast in it. It 
gives a very even roast and seems to be better than the partially 
covered saucepan that I have been using for the past couple of years.
