In case anyone out there is building a BM/TO style roaster, or wants to replace the bottom portion of a Stir-Crazy -- Recently I grabbed a set of stainless steel burner covers because by the guess of my eyeball the big one looked like the exact dimensions of a 10+ inch springform pan. It nearly is... it's a touch bigger than the normal pan which means that the spring hinge will need some adjusting to remain tight. It also means you get two bottoms (two large burner covers in the pack) in case you miss-drill the center hole by 3 millimeters. On a *completely* unrelated note: drilling the center hole in the bottom of the pan at 2am is not advisable. Someday I'll have pictures and an actual website for my roasting... -- Jason Ashbaugh "'Turn the other cheek' was never meant to be an idealistic aphorism, but instead a way of living."
