I appreciate you remembering this.  Have no fear though, for all my 
love and tolerance of heat, I don't care for it in sweet 
chocolate.  A mole, ok, but have yet to have a peppered chocolate I 
care for.  There was a chipotle I did once with a smokey Papua New 
Guinea.  That was pretty good.  And oddly enough, "to taste" for me 
for habanero is none.  The heat is fine, but I don't like the flavor 
of that pepper at all, and after all, it IS all about taste.
Mind you, I DID offer to make chocolate covered roasted habaneros for 
someone.  They keep having this issue with food of thier disappearing 
via a room mate.  I thought this might help. :)
Well, we are some months away.  I will mull it over and formulate a plan.
