Ok, so rules are made to broken, even my own! So mixed a 20gr 25:40:35 ratio
for a shot, guesstimated setting and ground it up, then let it sit about 3
minutes to help offset over CO2 fizzy in the shot. (That's 5.0gr "Old Brown"
Aged Java, 8.0gr Brazil Yellow Bourbon, 7.0gr Guatemala "Blue Quetzal"
Bourbon weighed on 0.1gr resolution scale:-) Pulled shot 200f, somehow grind
etc. pretty much on target yielding 2oz in 26sec. Great dry fragrance,
wonderful aroma, deep smooth and creamy shot but a bit muted complexity
wise, to be expected such short rest. Think it's gonna "pop" nicely in the
shot later! Initial impression may lower "Old Brown" to 20% and up Blue
Quetzal to 40%. But won't really know for sure until properly rested this
weekend. Going to "attempt" to leave dem beans alone for a spell longer.
Anyone up for popping over this weekend to help dial in shot blend ratio for
